Cover of the Rolling Stone (Not)

postedPosted in Blogging, Social Media on September 23rd, 2010 by glennm

My shot from Sunday’s Washington Redskins’ game made the cover of Flipboard. Wow, you say? Not really. See, Flipboard is an iPad app — created by a team led by former Tellme CEO and client Mike McCue — that dynamically creates a magazine layout of all your social media connections and posts.

The Law of Social Media (Part II)

postedPosted in Lawyers, Guns & Money, Tech Bytes on October 22nd, 2009 by glennm

Just completed and posted at my professional site, LexDigerati, the second in a series of essays on The Law of Social Media. Part II discusses copyright law and ownership of user-generated content (UGC).  Reactions greatly appreciated, as this is a nascent field with few precedents. Thanks much!
