Yes, it was a sad moment Wednesday night, but rules be rules. Sprinter’s Moment Is Foiled by One Step Over the Line [NYTimes.com]. More positively, can anyone believe the superlative performance by Usain Bolt of Jamaica? See the YouTube video. He’s simply phenomenal.
