So now Hillary is saying that the U.S. should boycott the Beijing Olympics’ opening ceremonies due to “violent clashes in Tibet and the failure of the Chinese government to use its full leverage with Sudan to stop the genocide in Darfur.” Aren’t we done and finished with this sort of Cateresque-morality in foreign policy and the archaic role of the U.S. as the world’s ethical policeman? This is getting very old already.
